Bowling Green, Kentucky:
Home of the Corvette

On Labor Day weekend, a few of our members caravaned to the Museum. We all had a great time. Four members participated in the first Quadra-Challenge put on by the Museum. It consisted of a Rally, Concours, Drag Race and an Autocross.

Our club did very well. At the Gymkhana, Bruce Wentzel had the fastest C3 time. His wife, Mary Wentzel (CCM Club President) had the 2nd fastest C3 time. Bruce had the 2nd overall best time and Mary had the third overall best time!  Dave Krom took a 6th place in the autocross, not bad on street tires, since he went up against other C-4 cars that were race prepared and others running autocross tires. Jan and Marge Millen took 5th overall in the Quadra-Challenge.
